Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We ship from Brisbane using Australia Post standard domestic delivery and shipping time will depend on your location to Australia. Delivery time to Australian capital cities is approximately 5–10 days.

Q. What countries does Sante Apparel ship to?

A. At this point, Sante Apparel only ships within Australia, however we hope to introduce global shipping in the future. Check back for updates.

Q. How do exchanges and returns work?

A. We handle returns on a per-item basis. If you are not satisfied, you can return and exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Tags must be attached and the packing slip from the original shipment also needs to be included. Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs and/or customs fees.

Q. Can I change an order after it has been placed?

A. To ensure we can get orders out to you as fast as possible, we do not alter orders once they have been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place another order.
